RS Offshore has served GOI, a subsidiary of the GO Marine Group, with a statutory demand for $81,900 for unpaid charter hire it claims is owing on the 35-passenger crew boat GO Amplitude (built 2010).
According to Tulshyan lawyers, GOI entered into a bareboat charter agreement with RS Offshore in January 2014 but has been slow in making charter-hire payments even though the vessel has been successfully and continually employed.
