Melina Travlos is a young-looking 35. She has inherited the youthful looks of her father, Nick Travlos, who set up the company in 1973 and threw his daughter into the business at the deep end in 1989.
"I have lived through this whole shipping thing since I was a child," said Travlos. "I am an only child. I always admired my father a lot and it was something that attracted me.
