The finger is pointing at the master of a Great Eastern Shipping suezmax tanker over collisions with two gas carriers, but experts suggest other factors may have been in play.

What appears to be the erratic navigation of the 150,000-dwt Jag Laadki (built 2000) in the close confines of the Fujairah anchorage in the United Arab Emirates seems to have led to the incidents.
