A StealthGas affiliate is pursuing new claims against Geden Lines on allegations that the Turkish shipowner redelivered a bareboat-chartered tanker with damage.
Court records show that Tank Punk, the registered owner of the New York-listed company’s 116,000-dwt crude tanker Spike (built 2010), has launched London arbitration proceedings against Geden for a total claim of nearly $2.64m, including legal fees and interest.
