As TradeWinds reported last month, the bank-controlled, 5,086-teu RHL Fidelitas and RHL Fiducia (both built 2010) were understood to have been sold to the owner’s tanker company, Dynacom, for about $7.5m each.
Company officials at the time declined to comment. But they now confirm the acquisition, clarifying that it was Sea Traders, Procopiou’s original company and his current dry bulk firm, which did the business.
