The abrupt cancellation of a charter has pushed a cruise line to file for bankruptcy.
The Restis Group of Greece has moved to liquidate German cruise operator Delphin Seereisen and all associated entities after negotiations over an unpaid charter hire broke down.
The move was prompted by an announcement by Delphin midweek that it was filing for bankruptcy and was in the process of appointing an administrator.
