A new joint venture in the heavylift sector appears to be coming to an end as Red Box Energy Services and Shanghai Zhenhua Heavy Industries (ZPMC) prepare to part company.
TradeWinds understands that Red Box is set to bid for ZPMC’s stake in the ZPMC-Red Box alliance, which was formed in late 2014 and has since then got involved in the Yamal LNG project.
