TradeWinds readers are proving a talented lot with many superb images being submitted for our annual Maritime Photographer of the Year contest.
We have again received entries from shipowners, masters, crewmen, shipmanagers, brokers, surveyors, pilots, charterers, lawyers and consultants with the quality of entries close to matching the impressive standard set in last year's competition.
The closing date for entries is 14 May so there are just a few days to go if you want to be in with a chance of winning a Nikon D80 digital SLR, plus zoom lens, and the TradeWinds Maritime Photographer of the Year trophy.
