Company FLNG head Mohammad Feisal Azhar has been examining delivery dates of the ships.
“We are trying to see if it matches,” Feisal said.
But he adds that the 1.2 million tonnes per annum floater, which looks set to snatch the title of the world’s first FLNG unit to be put into operation, has been designed to accept any existing LNG carrier, in the same way as an onshore terminal can.
