Police directed suspicion at a terrorist organization known as November
17, which has been responsible for assassinations and attempted murders
over a period of more than 20 years. At TradeWinds' presstime, no
proclamation had been issued by the terrorists.
Brokers in London say Peraticos had been warned in the past by the
November 17 group. Friends told him to be careful and not to ride his
beloved motorbike, which made him easily identifiable and vulnerable.
