The company behind collapsed British European & Overseas (BE&O)'s protection-and-indemnity (P&I) scheme has been put into court ordered liquidation in the British Virgin Islands.
DGS Marine Inc is said to have been the manager of the BE&O's fixed premium P&I scheme that disintegrated following the death of its founder David Skinner, 51, in August last year.
British trained accountants Paul Pretlove and Stuart Mackellar of Kalo, a Caribbean restructuring and financial advisory firm, have been appointed as joint liquidators by the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court.
