Lomar, the shipping subsidiary of Libra Group, has boosted its fleet with the acquisition of seven more ships.
The new purchases bring Lomar’s vessel tally up to 65, with 40 ships in the water and 18 newbuildings and options — all acquired in the space of four years.
The company confirms that it has bought four containerships and three chemical tankers in three separate deals.
