The move is expected to gain momentum at the start of August with the addition of a fleet of 14 vessels from Hamburg-owner GRS Rohden.
Rohden will join as the third member of Liberty Blue.
That will push the combined fleet up to 47 vessels comprising mostly containerships and MPP vessels, but also bulkers and some offshore vessels.
Liberty Blue was established in April as the commercial management platform of a fleet of vessels involved in the restructuring of Leer-based Reederei Buss.
