Dr Mohammad Saeidi may have no experience running a shipping company but, on his third day into the job of chairman and managing director at Islamic Republic of Iran Shipping Lines (IRISL), it is clear he has done his homework.
He knows where IRISL stands in the market and he articulates clearly his vision on where he wants it to be.
