Iraqi Oil Tanker Co is one step nearer to a relaunch but this time with plans to look initially to the charter market.
The Iraqi government is once again taking steps to relaunch long-dormant Iraqi Oil Tanker Co (IOTC), although this time it appears that the company will initially focus on the charter markets rather than acquire its own tonnage.
