A substantial part of the big Hanjin Shipping fleet is on the move ahead of next week’s renewal of protection-and-indemnity (P&I) cover.
The South Korean owner appears to be moving many, if not all, ships insured with the North of England Club to the Britannia Club and Steamship Mutual.
The valuable Hanjin charterers’ account is also understood to be leaving the North of England to move to Britannia.
