Roxana Tanker Pool, which was set up in the middle of 2014, has recently attracted one non-Greek third party, which has put a vessel in the pool.
Talks are underway with a few other Greek and foreign owners, who have shown interest in joining.
Operating quietly
The pool had been operating largely below radar as it was under commercial management of Constantinos Krontiras-led Roxana Shipping.
