Leaders of prospective merger companies Baltic Trading and Genco Shipping & Trading are letting millions of dollars in personal cash payouts taint their judgment in combining the entities, it is claimed.
That is one of the allegations levelled in a growing number of class-action lawsuits aimed at derailing the merger of the sister companies as unfair to shareholders of Baltic.
