The administrators of failed British travel conglomerate All Leisure Group (ALG) have confirmed that the two cruise brands, Swan Hellenic Cruises and Voyages of Discovery, have been sold to G Adventures, although no ships have been included in the deal.
G Adventures has bought the brand names and intellectual property, which frees it from having to take on any liabilities that the two firms might have incurred while under ALG ownership.
