The insurance business of a flotilla of top Greek owners is on the move following a bevy of senior marine brokers switching from Willis to Arthur J Gallagher.
The last of the 11 brokers moving was only released from gardening leave earlier this month but the team already appears to be harvesting new business.
The word in the Lloyd’s market is that the new Gallagher brokers have already grabbed all or part of the Angelicoussis, NS Lemos, Lykiardopulo, Olympic, Dorian and Halkidon Shipping fleets from Willis, with others said to be in the pipeline.
