Japanese bulker operator Daiichi Chuo Kisen Kaisha is lining up further sales to add to the $85m raised via the disposal of two capesize bulkers.
The sell-off is having a positive impact on its bottom line, with the Tokyo-listed company forecasting improved earnings for the full fiscal year as a result.
It is understood Daiichi is now putting four 37,000-dwt handysize bulkers on the market.
