Opec members’ November output fell 90,000 barrels per day (bpd) to 31.08 million bpd from 31.17 million bpd in October.
Declining output in Angola, Iran, Libya, Nigeria and Saudi Arabia was partially offset by rising output in Ecuador, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
The oil cartel set its output ceiling at 30 million bpd last December and then extended it in June, by more than one million bpd.
