Monaco-based Dan-Bunkering had obtained a court order from the High Court of Gujarat to arrest the 57,000-dwt supramax Evangelia M (built 2010) over $12,214 for bunkers supplied in January in Singapore, documents show.
The dispute was eventually settled out of court between the bunker supplier and Eastmen Shipping Pte, the ship’s charterers, and Dan-Bunkering withdrew the lawsuit before 1 April.
