Arrow Shipbroking kicked off the summer holiday season with a cautious but hopeful outlook during a cocktail reception and a short seminar in Hong Kong.
In a presentation to more than 150 guests at the luxury Mandarin Oriental hotel in the heart of the central business district on Hong Kong Island, Arrow research head Burak Cetinok said that the dry bulk market remains over-supplied but the fundamentals continue to improve.
