Lucien Arkas is a man of vision and an optimist. In December last year the chairman of Arkas Group predicted that conditions in many countries around the Mediterranean would make container operations in the area much more difficult.
His outlook was for sunny days returning as late as 2018 or even 2019 — but by spring this year he was smiling again.
