Thoresen Shipping of Thailand is being linked to its fourth bulker buy of the year.
European shipbrokers are reporting the company as the buyer of the 58,000-dwt Spring Eagle (built 2010)
A price of between $15m and $15.5m has been placed against the bulker.
Attempts to reach executives at the shipowner for comment were unsuccessful at the time of writing.
