Maritime intelligence firm Windward has delisted in London after completing its takeover by FTV Capital.
The acquisition establishes Windward as a privately held US company, strengthening its foothold in the country and setting the stage for significant growth in key government and commercial sectors, the platform said.
The deal valued the share capital at about £216m ($270.7m)
