Helsinki-listed Wartsila has sold its automation, navigation and control system (ANCS) business to Swedish investment firm Solix Group.

Wartsila’s ANCS business has been built up over the years with the acquisition of other marine navigation and technology firms, including L-3 Marine Systems International in 2015.
