Norwegian shipping software company UniSea has agreed a deal to buy compatriot tech start-up Maindeck.
The Skudeneshavn-based operation said its new acquisition has enjoyed a quick take-up of its innovative project management software for vessel drydocking.
Unisea added that drydocking is one of the most costly and important projects for a ship manager.
