Norway has refused to permit a sale of a Rolls-Royce engine-making company over national security fears.
Bergen Engines had been due to be offloaded to Russia's TMH Group, but the deal has now been blocked.
The move is a blow for Rolls-Royce, which wants to raise £2bn ($2.76bn)
