Dubai shipping services platform Marcura has acquired Shipster, a UK start-up specialising in AI-driven document intelligence.
No financial details were revealed, but the buyer said the deal would strengthen its AI automation drive.
Marcura uses the technology for charterparty interpretation, predictive insights into operational decisions and identifying contractual risks.
