UK engineering and industrial group Langley Holdings has completed the acquisition of Bergen Engines from Rolls-Royce for €91m ($103m).
Bergen Engines has been bought as a stand-alone company, including its medium-speed diesel engine factory, service workshop and foundry in Norway, plus its design capability, global service network and subsidiaries in nine countries.
The acquisition is "a major step towards our net-zero objectives", Langley chairman and chief executive Tony Langley said.
