Weco Shipping of Denmark has denied suggestions it is making an exit from shipowning after a tanker sale leaves it with a fleet of just one owned ship.
But the company confirmed the sale of the 40,000-dwt product and chemical tanker Kronborg (built 2007).
US brokers said the ship, built at the former SLS Shipbuilding, has gone to a Vietnamese buyer for $12m.
