Dannebrog chief executive Johnny Schmolker has taken the same job at Nordana with shipowner Johan Wedell-Wedellsborg continuing as chairman.
Schmolker says the changes are part of creating a more visible structure at the private group, which aims to bring its various divisions under the Weco umbrella and branding by the end of this year.
“Lars Rasmussen has been here many years and has been a good friend also for me,” Schmolker told TradeWinds.
