VLCC owners will be the biggest winners in the dirty tanker sector if the G7 rigorously enforces any price cap on Russian oil, according to data analyst Kpler.
Demand for the largest crude carriers will increase by 6% if the cap is strictly enforced or if no trades are completed under the system that is due to come into force next week.
