An Athens court has imposed a travel ban on Victor Restis, as part of a legal dispute that saw the Greek owner receiving a suspended ten-year jail sentence.
According to several press reports, including the state-run Athens News Agency (ANA), Restis will also have to report monthly at a local police station.
Restis officials and legal aides were not immediately available or did not respond to a request for comment by the time of writing.
