Venezuelan authorities have retrospectively detained a tanker that was alleged to have entered its waters without permission.
The vessel did not have authorisation to navigate or dock in Venezuelan waters, the Noticia al Dia newspaper reported.
The tanker was named as the 45,000-dwt Four Plus (built 2000), flying the flag of Guyana and carrying a Chinese crew.
