China and the US have agreed to “work together” on improving their relationship in a move that could result in a welcomed boost for the tanker and gas carrier markets.
The two countries are said to have held “constructive” talks during a seven-hour meeting in Hawaii in what is the first high level meeting since ties sank to a historic low over Covid-19.
