Greece’s Pyxis Tankers is swelling its acquisition war chest by cashing in on one of its MR product tankers.
The Nasdaq-listed shipowner said the 50,295-dwt Pyxis Epsilon (built 2015) has gone for $40.75m in cash to “an unaffiliated buyer located in the US”.
VesselsValue assesses the tanker, owned by Pyxis since delivery, as worth $35m.
