Unisea Shipping of Greece has reportedly sold at least one of its two most modern aframax ships, only months after taking delivery of the duo from Samsung Heavy Industries.
The scrubber-fitted, 112,800-dwt Aquabliss and Aquafreedom (both built 2019) fetched $55m each, several brokers reported. Other sources close to the sale process, however, say that only the Aquafreedom was sold.
Some brokers identified Greek peer Minerva Marine as the buyer of both vessels.
