Shell was still second, with 758 deals, but Vitol replaced BP at three with 571.
The one new entry in the top 20 was Italy’s Eni at 15, as US refiner Valero dropped out.
Unipec was also by far the top charterer of VLCCs, with 566 reported fixtures - or 28.4%
