Unipec, the world’s largest spot charter of VLCC tonnage, looks to have resumed shipments of US crude after a two month hiatus.
The trading arm of state oil major Sinopec is reported to have fixed China VLCC’s 313,992-dwt New Courage (built 2015) from the US Gulf.
