UK shipowner Union Maritime has tapped a group of big-name investors to co-own the tankers it operates.
The ownership model appears to be the same as that revealed by TradeWinds in 2021, as the London-based company added bulkers to its tanker fleet through a sister company.
Filings to UK Companies House show Tankers Holdco was set up in the UK last year, with Union Maritime holding 33%.
