Ukraine has detained a Russian tanker it alleges was used to help Russia seize three Ukrainian vessels last November.
The 3,800-dwt Nika Spirit (built 1989) was seized on Thursday in Izmail.
The Ukrainian prosecutor’s office said 10 Russian crew were held for questioning.
Russian news agencies said around 15 Russians had been on board at the time of the seizure.
