Eswatini-flagged vessels are no longer welcome in Emirati ports — and they may not even be welcome in the small, landlocked African country, either.
According to a circular published this week by the United Arab Emirates Ministry of Energy & Infrastructure, any Eswatini-flagged vessel not classed by an International Association of Classification Societies (IACS) member is barred from calling on the Gulf state.
