Transocean Maritime Agencies of Monaco looks to have extended the build-up of its tanker fleet.
Brokers say it has purchased the 46,000-dwt Pacific Vega from NYK of Japan.
A price in the region of $16.5m is being suggested for the vessel, which is seen as an improvement on the last comparable deal.
