Swiss trader and charterer Trafigura has revealed a new decarbonisation plan for a chunk of its owned fleet.
The company said in its annual report that six ammonia carriers will be converted to use zero-emission fuels as the primary propulsion source by 2030.
The vessels represent 18% of the current owned fleet, Trafigura added, suggesting the group controls 33 ships.
