Torm chief executive Jacob Meldgaard says global inventories of refined products are keeping a damper on clean tanker demand, likely through the end of this year.
But growing imbalances in where refined products are produced and consumed does bode well for tankers in the years ahead.
Meldgaard made the comments on an investor call hosted by Stifel maritime analyst Ben Nolan.
