Greek tanker owner Top Ships has signed a time charter with Shell which will offer some exposure to the spot market.
Evangelos Pistiolis-fronted Top Ships says the 50,000-dwt Eco Palm Desert (built 2018) has been fixed on a deal running until September 2020.
