Teekay LNG Partners sells suezmax tanker

Teekay LNG Partners is believed to have sold one of its conventional suezmax tankers.

The 151,700-dwt Asian Spirit (built 2004) is rumoured to have been picked up by a Greek buyer for a price in the region of $21m.

This is in line with the $20.22m VesselsValue has against the ship.

Teekay LNG has four other conventional tankers in its fleet of close to 60 ships.
